OVERVIEW:
Full Condition survey on behalf of a P&I Club in order to assess the general condition of a 21,591 DWT bulk carrier. The full condition includes a review of trading docs, class, statutory and safety-related documents, and certificates. The survey is based on loss prevention and focuses on specific areas such as LSA, FFE, crew management, work safety, pollution management, cargo worthiness, and all those relevant areas to P&I coverages. In that case, also UST was carried out to assess the hatch covers watertight condition.
