OVERVIEW:
To perform inspection of all ballasta tanks and cargo oil tanks, as well as void spaces on board a 37,900 DWT oil / chemical tanker on lay up. Ship was recently delivered to new ship-managers and coating and structural damages were alleged during take over. Inspection was held in order to asses the extend of alleged damages.
