Full Condition survey on behalf of owners, in order to assess the general condition of an 18,917 DWT bulk carrier and monitoring of ship managers’ work. The full condition includes a review of trading docs, class, statutory and safety related documents and certificates. The survey is based on loss prevention, and focuses on the technical condition but also includes other areas such as LSA, FFE, crew management, work safety, pollution management, and cargo worthiness.
