OVERVIEW:
Some vessel Charter Parties include a provision that allows charterers to complete a periodic condition assessment. Usually, this condition assessment is carried out annually, during the period of the charter party.
On this occasion, we carry out an inspection of a 62,967 DWT bulk carrier, to asses the visual condition of the whole ship, and to collect and review statutory and class certificates as well as maintenance and safety-related documentation, for charterers’ interests.
