OVERVIEW:
Follow-up condition survey on behalf of a P&I Club in order to assess the general condition of a 1,259 GT livestock carrier. Follow up survey is focused on past defects and remarks found to check they have been properly corrected. Additionally, an overall visual inspection is carried out, including a quick review of trading docs, class, statutory and safety-related documents, and certificates. The survey is based on loss prevention and focuses on specific areas such as LSA, FFE, crew management, work safety, pollution management, cargo worthiness, and all those relevant areas to P&I coverages.
