Condition inspection and audit in order to prepare the vessel to successfully complete a PSC attendance. The scope of the service was to attend the ship on arrival, prepare it, help Master, and accompany the PSC officers as a Flag State Inspector when they attend the lady in order to minimize the risk of detention and major deficiencies to be recorded on their PSC report.
